Sapele and spruce team up for a rich tone profile characterized by woody lows, pristine highs and a meaty midrange. The 12-fret configuration makes this model even more appealing, with a slightly more relaxed feel for your fretting hand than you’ll find with standard models. Appointments include white binding, Gemstone fretboard inlays in Italian acrylic and a firestripe pickguard. With V-Class bracing for extra power and sustain, a built-in ES2 pickup and a hardshell case, the 312ce 12-Fret strikes a balance between functionality, comfort and value.
