The RT1M model features an all-solid mahogany body with reinforced fan braces. This new style of braces offer a very nice mid-range tone. These great midrange frequencies produce overtones that stack up and produce that wonderful “Honky” ukulele type of sound. Mahogany works well for all genres of music, especially for people who like a well-balanced tone, good dynamic range and overtones. From blues to fingerstyle, players tend to respond well to mahogany’s midrange character.
