Description
Styled in a black flat finish, theIbanez GIO Series GRG131DXis an electric guitar with a double-cutaway poplar body. Its maple GRG neck, outfitted with a 25.5″ scale, sports a bound and treated New Zealand pine fingerboard with red sharktooth inlays, as well as 24 jumbo frets.
For electronics, the guitar is outfitted with two Ibanez Infinity R humbucking pickups—one in the neck and one in the bridge. A volume knob and a tone knob are on hand to help you shape your sound, as is a 5-way pickup selector that accesses both series and parallel wiring configurations. Black hardware complements the flat black finish, while the red pickup nicely matches the red sharktooth inlay.
