We arepleased to feature this modern Italian violin maker here at Fiddlershop. Francesco Pierotti is an emerging violin maker living in Cesena Italy. He studied at the Scuola Maestri Liutai e Archettai in Gubbio Italy.
This instrument has a wonderfully powerful, deep and warm tone, with incredibly easy playability.

- Strings: Larsen “Il Cannone” Soloist
- Varnish:Light orange
- Back: One piece with narrow grain, larger on the bass side. Uniform flames and rich medullary rays
- Top plate: Two pieces with narrow grain spruce, larger next to the edges
- Ribs are made with the same wood as the back
- Scroll: flames similar to back and ribs, very narrow grain
