Description
The C&C Custom Player Date Snare Drum has incorporated all of the things you love about vintage drums into a modern snare. This drum is constructed of a 7ply Gladstone Mahogany Shell that delivers a snare sound reminiscent of those heard in the early 60s. It has a deep, warm sound with alot of bottom to it, while still retaining that crack that every drummer desires. The “Full Contact” Bearing Edges also have alot to do with this. In addition to giving the drum a full, warm sound the full contact edge helps give it a nice punchy attack that is ideal for back beat snare grooves. This snare also includes 8 beavertail style lugs, triple-flange hoops, and a vintage styled throw off.
