Your safety is important to us, which is why our studio is secured with 24-hour video surveillance, giving you peace of mind while you practice.
Please be mindful of time and adhere to the designated exit time. Smoking, alcohol, marijuana, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the building, ensuring a clean and healthy environment for everyone.
If you need any additional equipment, simply let our staff know in advance, and they’ll be happy to assist you. In case of any equipment issues, notify our staff immediately for prompt resolution.
We ask that you leave the studio in the same condition as when you arrived. General clean-up and proper disposal of personal belongings are the renter’s responsibility. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.
Your satisfaction is our priority. We maintain a respectful community space and kindly request that you treat our equipment with care and respect our staff and fellow musicians. Guests are welcome as long as they adhere to all rules and expectations.
For your convenience, we provide a parking lot at the front of the building, and if you need to load or unload equipment, our garage doors at the back of the building are easily accessible.

- Studio rental rate for an individual (one) person is $25 per hour.
- Studio rental rate for a group (2-8 individuals) is $45 per hour.
