Dating to about 1930, this Austrio-Hungarian violin was hand made by an anonymous artisan who gracefully imbued it with characterful craftsmanship with attention and grace evident in the more minute details; from the dramatic shading of the varnish and pain-staking antiquing, to the mitres of the purfling and fluting of the f holes – this violin represents an excellent value and boasts a competitive voice.
