Description
1970s Hagstrom from the land of ABBA that has been completely re-hauled with with new custom pickguard housing a Wide-Range style Jazzmaster pickup, Japanese Jazzmaster neck pickup switchable with a three way selector and master volume and tone.
Original hardware is still in-tact with Schaller tuners and unique stop bar design from Hagstrom, one Schaller strap pin on lower bout, three bolt neck construction & adjustable bridge.
Mahogany body has been stripped and oiled (with mystery drill hole too) & the original quarter-sawn maple neck with that classic Hagstrom neck-profile makes for a lightweight, extremely resonant and fast playing guitar.
Fret life is at 75% however this period of Hagstroms were known for low frets much like 50s Gibson Les Paul Customs.
Made in Sweden. Modified in Melbourne.
Includes goodie-bag comprising of 4 x original Hagstrom switches, 4 original pots, 3 original knobs, one original single coil pickup (no wire) & another Jazzmaster single coil.
